Designed for minimal typing. To maximize productivity, produce electrical designs faster and eliminate typing errors, we designed Electra™ to require minimal typing. Symbol references and wire (net) names are intelligently and automatically renamed, so that you don't have to. Even when you have to, spin buttons and double clicking are available on most windows for modifications using the mouse only.

 

Intelligent wires (nets).

Wires in Electra™ are designed to be intelligent so that you can create better designs faster and eliminate errors commonly associated with manual tasks. You productivity goes up and your development cost goes down.

Automatic status detection. Wires that have no name will be displayed in red.	Automatic wire name detection. Wires automatically assumes wire name when connected to another wire.	Automatic wire name propagation. Wires automatically change wire name when the 'top' wire is changed.

 

Intelligent duplication One of the major task during electrical design drafting is the duplication of symbols and wires. When you duplicate a symbol or a wire in Electra™, it will automatically search for an 'empty spot' and rename your symbols and wires accordingly. For example, if you have 2 relay coils (R1 and HR1), duplicate R1 and Electra™ will automatically and correctly rename it to R2. Duplicate HR1 and Electra™ will automatically and correctly rename it to HR2. It's like you've just hired really good help. You show how it's done once, and Electra™ picks it up from there. No predefined format like '%N' to remember.
